Asking questions

Recently I have ran into a problem, its starting to happen more and more. The problem is people asking a question and not accepting the answer because they think the answer is more difficult than it actually is. They ask a question thats simple but they google the answer become misinformed and think the answer you give them isnt correct. Ask your questions im happy to help just accept the answers, if you try my answer but it doesnt work I will try again until I run out of ideas but at least try. Dont just dismiss them or at least provide more info. If you found something on google give the link ill say if its useful if you dont know. This way it saves time for you and me.
